Our friendly staff at Quingo endeavour to make you feel at ease throughout your mobility scooter selection journey; from demonstration and assessment, all the way through purchase and aftersales. We know that buying a scooter is a considered decision which shouldn’t be rushed, which is why we make sure that our customers aren’t put under pressure at any point of the process. 

We would like to thank all our customers who have provided recent feedback after meeting with our sales team this week for a demonstration of our scooters. We appreciate hearing feedback from both those who have purchased a Quingo, and others who did not purchase as well. Here are some of the comments received this week from customers who went on to purchase a Quingo scooter.

Our team carry out a thorough assessment during demonstration and provide expert tuition on the model’s different features to ensure that you have the chance to enquire about anything you may be unsure of.  

If you do feel unsatisfied with your experience, we strive to work together to resolve this quickly and professionally. In the rare instances that we do hear that there have been problems with your scooters, we aim to collect your vehicle as swiftly as possible and issue a full refund. We stay in contact during every step to check that our customers are satisfied and solve any difficulties.
