Brett and Ron Norish of Arbien Traders with AVC's Chairman, Graham Nicholls |
Advanced Vehicle Concepts are very excited to announce that their range of highly successful 5 wheel mobility scooters are to become available in Australia and New Zealand with the appointment of a new exclusive distributor for the region. As of this week, Arbien Traders have exclusive distribution rights to sell the range in Australasia.
Ron and Brett Norish own Arbien Traders and are based out of Western Australia in the city of Perth. Brett Norish explains “We already have a successful health and safety equipment business operational in the region and so the tie up is great news for our customers. The Quingo range is a perfect addition to our growing portfolio of products.”
Australia and New Zealand have some of the most stringent regulations in the world for medical devices and so approval of the Quingo range by Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration was part of the preliminary work which culminated in this weeks announcement.
AVC Chairman, Graham Nicholls and the UK Quingo Team met with Ron and Brett as part of their UK familiarisation and training programme at Quingo’s head office in Luton, Bedfordshire.
Mark Nicholls, AVC’s Director, commented “It’s really good news for customers, as well as our teams in the UK and Australia. We get many enquiries over here asking if our scooters are available in Australia, so we are thrilled to extend Quingo’s reach further and help to transform the lives of all our friends down under. We are very much looking forward to working with the Australian team.”
